Essentially any treaty entered into by the United States congress is binding law according to the US Constitution.  The UN Convention on the Rights of The Child is an international treaty and as such would be the law of the land should the Congress ratify it.  Congress would have the power to directly legislate on all subjects necessary to comply with the treaty. This would constitute the most massive shift of power from the states to the federal government in the history of the United States.

High Tech Lynching of Herman Cain by the Marxist Media

The Marxist Media, the Leftist Democrats, and even the GOP Establishment do not want a True Conservative to have even a chance to sniff of the rarefied air of the White House, so hence the High Tech Lynching of Herman Cain is in full force.  

In regard to Herman Cain's popularity with We The People?  That is why they are lynching Mr Cain.  Having a POTUS that will serve the people is that last thing that the entrenched powers would ever want to happen.
