Judge Again Blocks Money-Saving Wisconsin Legislation

H/T - JSOnline So the elected representatives of the taxpayers of the State of Wisconsin pass a law that is designed to reduce the financial burden on those same taxpayers. In simplest terms, the law helps to cut the budget expenditures when the budget is in the red.

If you or I have a personal budget that is running in the red then we have to cut our spending. We don't have the option to unilaterally raise our salaries. We really don't have the option to print our own money. So we cut our budget.

The state of Wisconsin can't print money, but it does have the option of increasing taxes in order to increase income. Of course, if expenditures increase at the same time and at a greater rate than increased income then any deficit will increase as well, and doing something to increase public expenditures while running a growing debt leads eventually to bankruptcy for Wisconsin (or any state in that situation) and then Uncle Sam will step in to bail the state out in exchange for something, because Uncle Sam NEVER does anything for anyone without getting something back in exchange.

So the legislators in Wisconsin pass a law that will help them lower their expenditures, thereby preventing the taxpayers from having to surrender more of their rights to Washington, D.C. when the state budget collapses under its own weight and The Feds ride to the rescue with Other Peoples Tax Money. Everything is good right? Wrong!

The opposition to this sort of common-sense approach to the budget in Wisconsin simply finds a judge who will overturn the law. A judge who has no accountability to the taxpayers whose finances that his decision, in effect, undermines.

What this is a picture of is the future of the USA unless we have accountability for judges. If we don't at least have some sort of Retention System where We The People can have the power to remove judges from office (even if it is after they set their unsavory and partisan legal precedents) then eventually, no election will matter. After all the dust settles from any election and laws are passed representing the will of the electorate, special interests will simply find a judge who is willing to do their bidding and have that judge construct the law by judicial fiat in whatever fashion that judge chooses in spite of the will of the citizens.

Dealing with this situation is crucial to the future of the USA. Doing nothing about it, living in denial, will eventually spell the end of The Constitutional Republic of the United States.

Have You Ever Heard Of Stuxnet?

Stuxnet is a very sophisticated and potentially dangerous computer virus.  It has been credited with causing problems, severe problems, in the Iranian nuclear program.  No one knows for sure where it came from. The language in this video is not geek-speak so anyone will be able to at least get a feel for what the speaker is describing.  Do a web search on "Stuxnet".  It is a serious computer virus.  Very serious.

The United States Plays Economic Jeopardy

Economic Jeopardy from RightChange on Vimeo.

Economic Jeopardy is definitely what the United States of America is in right now.  As a nation we are collectively whistling past the graveyard, and we need to make deep, deep, DEEP spending cuts NOW or we will have an economic collapse.  The cuts do not need to be made in such a way as we weaken our national defense capability, but other than that EVERYTHING has to be on the table.  Either we are willing to remain slaves to our debt and to those who hold our debt or we make difficult sacrifices to get our of debt and free from the bondage of debt.  There is no easy way to do it, but it MUST be done, and done quickly!!!

A Comparison of Kinetics: Iraq Versus Libya

So the "kinetic" military action in Libya will be worth two or three Nobel Peace Prizes (at the going rate...)

I Told You To Expect Taqiyya

H/T Weasel Zippers

In my previous post I set out my thoughts that the hearings being held on Capitol Hill by Representative Pete King (R-NY) would introduce taqiyya from each and every Muslim witness.  It is important to understand that Muslims have no loyalty to any government, and even though they may agree to be sworn in at hearings they are not only allowed by their Koran to lie, but they are commanded to lie when speaking to non-Muslims (whom their Koran terms "Infidels").

Representative Keith Ellison (D-Minnesota), one of two Muslim members of the US Congress, was called to testify today at the Pete King hearings. Representative Ellison gave a tearful testimony in which he spun a lie out of a story surrounding the events of September 11, 2001, thereby giving a perfect illustration of taqiyya.

Weasel Zippers has the story:

Does Ellison’s account check out with reality?

No. It is actually pretty close to the opposite of the truth. In fact, six weeks after the September 11 attacks — before Hamdani’s remains were identified, which Ellison implies to be the turning point of public perception — Congress signed the PATRIOT Act into law with this line included: “Many Arab Americans and Muslim Americans have acted heroically during the attacks on the United States, including Mohammed Salman Hamdani, a 23-year-old New Yorker of Pakistani descent, who is believed to have gone to the World Trade Center to offer rescue assistance and is now missing.” That is, Hamdani was actually singled out for particular high honors among the thousands of victims of the September 11 attacks.

There’s little evidence of the “rumors” of which Ellison speaks, either. Poke around yourself. Go to Google and search for Mohammed Salman Hamdani’s name, using various time frames from before today’s hearings (say, in the week after the September 11 attack). You’ll discover two discordant sets of returns: none for sites and news reports accusing Hamdani of being a terrorist, and many thousands of pages honoring him as a hero while claiming that he was “widely accused” of being a terrorist.

Taqiyya.  Get to know what it means.  Islam is the enemy of everything and everyone who is not submitted to Allah, The Moon God, and Muslims are commanded to lie to and deceive anyone who is not Muslim.  When Islam claims to be the "Religion of Peace" what they mean is that peace is total submission to their way of doing things, and they will try to make this come about By Any Means Possible.

Previously Unreleased Video of 9/11 Just In Time for Pete King (R-NY) Hearings

YouTube - WTC Attack September 11, 2001 from New York Police Helicopter

When you watch the hearings on Islam's presence and influence in the US being held by Representative Pete King (R-NY) think of one word - taqiyya - and read and research and find out what it means.  You WILL be witnessing taqiyya in all of its glory in the King Hearings.  While the hearings had initially scheduled non-Muslim experts on Islam, due to the objection of prominent Muslims in the US the hearings will now only have witnesses from the Muslim side, which guarantees that the purposeful deception that is taqiyya will abound at the US Capitol.

In the meantime, take the time to view the previously unreleased video of the burning and collapsing WTC towers in the aftermath of the 9/11 attack, as taken by an NYPD videographer.   It is moving and poignant and worth the time to view the whole thing, especially if you are planning to expose yourself to the Muslim propaganda that the King Hearings will deliver.

NEVER FORGET!

The National Football League: Millionaires Versus Billionaires

If you read the other posts on this blog it is clear that sports are not usually the topic here. I am going to make an exception in this case.

The National Football League (NFL) may or may not have a season of competition on the field in 2011-2012. Is it because the NFL is a failed business in need of a handout from the US government? Oh no, the NFL is so prosperous for the players in the league that the minimum salary for a rookie (first year) player in 2010-2011 was $325,000.00, and the average salary of the players in the NFL is over $1,000,000.00 per year. It is more difficult to pin down the incomes of the NFL owners but all of them control fortunes worth over $1,000,000,000.00, including assets and liquidity. My point? It seems clear that the NFL has been a source of prosperity for both the players and the owners.

Currently, there are negotiations going on between the owners and the players' union. Both sides are trying to do what is best for their interests. If they cannot reach an agreement then it is possible that the NFL will not put its product on the field in 2011-2012.

In the 1994-1995 player's strike against Major League Baseball (MLB) the media and the public saw it as being a case of millionaires (players) against billionaires (owners) and decided that there were other forms of entertainment that were a more compelling way to spend their disposable income, if any, as a source of entertainment.

Just a word to the NFL and the NFL Players Association: There is far less disposable income now than there was then. Those of us who have to be concerned if gasoline has gone up $0.30 in the past two weeks and may be up to $7.00 per gallon or more by the time football season rolls around in 2011 do not have any sympathy for either the millionaires or the billionaires in your current power struggle. We're not taking sides because we can't relate to either one of the lifestyles that you live, and most of us would gladly trade places with you. I guarantee that after working hard for a living for many years, we would ALL be able to somehow make the kind of income that you are unhappy with work for our lives. In the vast majority of cases, we could figure out a way to be set for life and provide for our children as well (and possibly several generations of descendants) if we had your income.

Finally, I for one will be able to survive without NFL football for 2011-2012 and beyond. Yes, I'm a huge sports fan and that includes NFL football, but it is a diversion from life, not life itself. Without NFL football and the millionaires strutting on the field and the billionaires preening in the luxury boxes, I will have more time for my wife and children and the many other things in life that are more important than the theater that is the NFL.

Barack H. Obama: Tragedy and Irony for the United States of America

Raiders of the Lost Mubarak from RightChange on Vimeo.

This video has a disjointed theme and plot, much like the foreign policy of the USA under Barack Hussein Obama.

Obama needs other events to deflect the attention away from his policies and actions, both domestically and abroad.  Currently, there is unrest throughout the Middle East that is helping to deflect the attention from The Obama Administration and their foreign policies.  There is also American versus American on the home front which provides a smoke screen for the domestic instability that is Obama and his policies here in the US.

Right now is the perfect time for Obama.  The domestic unrest and further fracturing of the US populace gives an increased opportunity both for domestic crises which Obama can, and will, take advantage of to increase his ruling power in the US.  At the same time, the Muslim takeover of Middle East governments is being portrayed as something completely different than it is.

Once the Radical Muslim takeover is complete in the ME and gasoline is $7 per gallon or more domestically while Obama has crippled the US oil industry, then we will have a crisis of people having to choose between buying gasoline so they can get to work (if they still have jobs) or buying food and other essential elements of their daily survival, including their housing costs.  That indeed would be the perfect crisis which Obama could use to take control over the US in a way more closely resembling Hosni Mubarak in Egypt than an American President who serves The People under The Constitution.  That would be truly tragic as well as ironic.
